so recently, it seems, I sat in this Uptown garden ... I am hoping Nature will eventually put back together what she has torn asunder.

Both my daughters live (lived?) there but in rented homes. One on Magazine, the other near the Botanical gardens. I spent so many happy times there. I hope do so again.On my site is a 7 page tour of New Orleans Botanical gardens that I pray at least has the Oaks still. From flood maps it looks to had less than 2 ft water. How long it stands will determine the amount of water dead plants-I know I will be sending plants and hope many others will also come the Spring. Yes Hope Springs eternally.
